UNDERTAKING

I hereby register with SOS Global Investments Program for Job Placement overseas. I understand and agree that, before SOS will initiate job placement services for me, I must sign an agreement with SOS and agree to abide by the terms of that agreement. I further understand that acceptance of my application does not guarantee me a placement in a job overseas, but that SOS will do its best to locate a job for me, and assist me to go through the processes involved in applying for the job and applying for a work permit. I understand that international job positions are very competitive, the work standards and work ethics are very high, and there are many factors that affect SOS’s ability to place me in a job overseas. I, therefore, agree to be patient while SOS uses all efforts to secure a job placement overseas and a work permit for me; I will put up good conduct and behavior and no insubordination to undermine the trust SOS will bestow upon me during my engagement of the processing and even while deployed to the intended destination during the existence and tenure of work/contract. I finally agree that in the event of refund due to no fault of mine or that of SOS, it will take 60 days after I have officially written and filled refund form. Registration fees are non-refundable. Only RECRUITMENT/TRAINING FEES are refundable.
